There is no infinite scroll, autoplay or algorithm choosing the next thing to make you react. Pages end. You choose where to go next.
Your choice should be real
No dark patterns.
No fake countdowns, pre-ticked boxes, disguised adverts or guilt-laden buttons. Important choices use plain language and carry equal weight.
Your data is not the price
Collect less by default.
Reading the public site needs no account. We only ask for information when a specific action genuinely needs it—and explain why before we do.
Our claims should be testable
Show the workings.
Policy pages connect claims to sources, assumptions and costs. Evidence is there to inspect, not hidden behind a confident headline.
