The public pages do not require an account. The private ideas form is an informal contact route; it is not a public submission, membership, mailing-list, donation or policy-feedback service.

Our privacy principles

• Ask only for data needed for the task.
• Explain the purpose before collection.
• Keep separate choices and consent separate.
• Do not create accounts or databases simply because we can.
• Make declining optional tracking as easy as accepting it.

Private idea submissions

We collect the idea text and, only if you choose to provide it, your email address. We also process limited technical request data, such as an IP address, temporarily to prevent spam and enforce rate limits. We use this information to receive, assess and, where requested, respond to the message. It is not used to create an account or mailing-list subscription. The idea and optional address are stored in the private administrator workspace for 90 days, after which an automated daily process deletes them.

Resend, our transactional email provider, receives the message and delivery details so it can deliver them to our ideas mailbox. We retain the message in that mailbox for up to 90 days, then delete it unless an ongoing conversation or legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Short-lived anti-abuse rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes.

Contact, deletion and privacy questions

If you email us, your email provider and ours will process the message and addresses needed to deliver it. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed. To ask us to delete an idea or raise any privacy question, email elliotledson.software@gmail.com and provide enough information for us to identify the message.

When services change

Before adding another form or external provider, we will publish the specific data, purpose, retention, sharing and rights information that applies. We will not treat this general page as permission for a future service.
